Jody Heard joined Americollect in 2017 as Regional Director of Ridiculously Nice Sales. Jody brings more than 14 years of Revenue Cycle experience from Patient Access to Billing and Revenue Integrity. Jody prides himself in building long-lasting partnerships with his clients through true win-win relationships. This is what drew him to Americollect’s Ridiculously Nice culture.
Jody has been an active member of several HFMA and AAHAM chapters throughout the Midwest for over 10 years winning, multiple awards and serving in various roles.
Jody lives outside of Slayton, Minnesota, with his wife Aurora, their daughter Ella and son Luke. Jody is an avid gearhead. When he is not working, you will find him playing with almost anything that has an engine.

Bill Bollinger joined the Americollect team in June 2021. Bill has worked in healthcare sales for over 20 years in everything from small start-ups to large corporations – primarily working to help healthcare providers solve their revenue cycle challenges and improve the patient experience. Bill is also a past-president for the Southeast MI HFMA chapter.
Bill came to Americollect because early-out and collections are a vital part of healthcare revenue cycle, and for years Americollect has set the bar across the industry by employing only the most ethical and dignified practices – and ensuring that everyone is treated Ridiculously Nice. “The core values of Americollect are my very own. The commitment to “do the right thing” at all times and in every situation is a conviction I always strive to achieve - it’s what I teach my kids, how I interact with my clients and colleagues and how we all want and should be treated,” says Bill.
Bill lives in Metro-Detroit with his wife Cheryl and teenage kids, Jenna and Caden. In his free time, Bill enjoys spending time in northern Michigan boating, snowmobiling and being outdoors as much as possible, spending quality time with friends and family. He also loves to cook and eat good food – and to do food reviews/rankings on social media with his kids (especially Detroit Coney Dogs!).

Chuck Beavers joined the Americollect team in March of 2023. Chuck graduated in 2005 from St. Cloud State University where he earned his degree in Business Marketing. Chuck brings with him eight years of experience in sales and provided a variety of services to hospitals.
Chuck lives in Breezy Point, MN where he spends a lot of his time with family and his dog Luna. Chuck also enjoys being in the outdoors where you will find him hunting and fishing.

Our West Coast Regional director of Ridiculously Nice Sales boasts over two decades of experience in the collections industry, and has a proven track record of success. Prior to joining our team, he served as the Vice President of Business Development at Access Capital and Collection Technology Inc., where he was responsible for securing new accounts, tracking RFPs and bids, and negotiating rates to optimize cost savings and strengthen corporate partnerships.
Most recently, our Ridiculously Nice Sales person played a pivotal role at Call Center Services International, where he helped companies establish call centers in Mexico and generated new sales opportunities through direct and telephone selling and emails. He also represented the company at various trade shows and sales conferences, providing technical information and conducting facility tours for prospective clients.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Andre holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Riverside. In his free time, he enjoys pursuing a range of activities, including travel, motorcycles, boating, and skiing.
