Recently one of our teammates received their certification as an HFMA Certified Specialist Business Intelligence (CSBI), a first for Americollect! This healthcare business intelligence program was designed to equip healthcare professionals with foundational and advanced business intelligence (BI) skills tailored to the healthcare environment.
By better understanding the industry people that earned this healthcare business intelligence certification were able to define and contextualize big data in healthcare and identify core business intelligence concepts and tools while understanding how clinical, financial, and operational data supports better decision-making. Being able to spot key leverage points where analytics drive impact in healthcare, and distinguish between decision types, they are now able to apply the right management tools to our clients needs.
