Americollect, a leader in treating patients Ridiculously Nice, today announced a new brand – after a little April Fool’s Day fun releasing a new logo that was slightly outside of our usual standards.
“At Americollect one of our core values is, ‘We have fun and celebrate,’” said President Shawn Gretz. “Which is why we had to have some fun before sharing our new brand.”
The logos for both Americollect and Ameri EBO, our early out solution, received an update to better reflect our Ridiculously Nice way of treating everyone – from our clients and their staff to the patients they treat – every time we interact with them.
On a design level, the new Americollect and Ameri EBO logos incorporate a physical manifestation of Ridiculously Nice – the smile. This smile represents the best of everything that Americollect has to offer for both clients and the patients we speak to every day. It’s the promise of a polite, pleasant conversation about a topic that is not always fun to discuss.
“When we speak with patients about the balances they owe, our goal is twofold,” Gretz said. “Not only do we want to maximize the revenue our clients receive, but we also want to treat their patients Ridiculously Nice. When you speak to one of our teammates, you can hear their smile shining through. Now our brand better reflects that experience.”
Americollect firmly believes that everyone deserves to be treated Ridiculously Nice, all the time, no matter what. Collecting only for the healthcare industry, we utilize our Ridiculously Nice approach to open communication lines and build trust with the patient, providing the same compassionate approach that they expect from their healthcare organizations.
