Americollect is thrilled to announce the addition of Erin Rowden to our team as Director of Client Relations. In this role, Rowden will work with our bad debt clients to ensure we meet our Ridiculously Nice standards and positively impact their bottom line.
Rowden has a strong background in the medical field on both the client and client relations side. Previously she was Client Services Manager for Medirevv and Central Business Office Supervisor for Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare, which will serve her well in her new role with Americollect.

Rowden will focus on working with Americollect’s bad debt collections partners.
