The primary responsibility of this role is to actively source, recruit, and select quality candidates for a call center environment by establishing key internal and external partnerships while driving all aspects of the relationship management process. This position is responsible for executing full cycle recruiting, which includes the following components: active (majority) and passive sourcing, quality screening, scheduling, interviewing, testing, managing the hiring manager relationship, negotiating, employment branding, company/industry/benefits knowledge, cultural fit assessment, and onboarding.

This is an office/call center environment with a moderate noise level. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently sitting for long periods of time and typing, entering data and reading on a computer.
