Summary

Expectations:

  • Checking to make sure that the data and demographics within an account are accurate
    • Based on findings, determining next steps dependent upon the task being performed 
    • If the data and demographics are not correct, investigating to find the most accurate information 
    • Updating accounts based on the information found 
  • Investigate and match attorney information 
  • Process returned mail, incoming faxes, and outgoing receipts

Technology/Equipment

Ability to type 45 words per minute
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, & Excel

Working Environment

This is an office/call center environment with a moderate noise level. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently sitting for long periods of time and typing, entering data and reading on a computer.
