Work Site Location: Onsite – 1851 S. Alverno Rd. Manitowoc, WI 54220


The Account Review Specialist supports other departments throughout the company. Reviews and investigates individual accounts. When reviewing these accounts, updates accounts as necessary and determine if data is relevant making sure that the most accurate information is readily available to help return more revenue to our clients.

  • e-Oscars
    • Review and respond to online disputes that are sent to Americollect via the e-Oscar website
    • Compare disputed information to our internal system
    • Determine/execute additional steps needed to resolve dispute
  • Bankruptcies
    • Process filings and notifications for Chapter(s) 7 and 13 bankruptcies
    • Process filings and notifications for Wisconsin Amortization of Debts (Chapter 128)
    • Prepare and filed proof of claims for Chapter(s) 13 and 128
  • Deceased Consumer Accounts
    • Verify the date of death for deceased consumers
    • Verify if there is a living responsible party
    • Prepare and file a probate claim against the deceased’s estate
  • AUD Removals
    • File AUD removals/updated through the e-Oscar website
  • Combine/Share
    • Determine responsible parties and combine separate debtor accounts into one account
    • Share individual accounts with other responsible parties
  • Email Consumers
    • Verify if we have consent to email a particular email address
    • Email various notices to consumers on request
  • Mail Returns
    • Process our returned notices
    • Search for new addresses
    • Resend returned notice


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to type 45 words per minute
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook

Working Environment

This is an office/call center environment with a moderate noise level. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently sitting for long periods of time and typing, entering data and reading on a computer.
