• • • Casual Dress Code: One of the special perks everyone raves about at Americollect is the ability to say “bye bye” to the dress clothes and uniforms that filled your work weeks and say hello to casual clothes including jeans and flip flops. Who doesn’t long to be more comfortable in their wardrobe while at work?!?
    • Company Wide Monthly Meetings: At Americollect, we practice transparency to maintain connection across departments . We hold monthly meetings where the entire team comes together and is informed on what is currently happening across the company and anything on the horizon. Do you want a voice? Well monthly meetings are a place where you are given the opportunity to have a voice during our Town Hall and where you can bring up any concerns or suggestions you may have. Time to eat! Who doesn’t enjoy some good food, especially when your employer provides it? After every monthly meeting, lunch is provided for the entire team!
    • Work from Home Options: Are you intrigued by the potential to have the flexibility to work from home? For a number of our positions we provide the option for employees to work from home. The amount of time spent working from home can vary and is discussed on a one-on-one basis with your team leader.
    • Community Involvement: Do you love our community but often find it difficult to dedicate the time outside of work to commit to making a positive impact? Giving back to the community we love is particularly important to our team at Americollect, so much so that we have an AmeriOutreach committee dedicated to organizing participation in fundraising events. Now you can get involved in the community and make that positive impact all while at work! Join a team as they raise money for the Polar Plunge or for Big Brothers Big Sisters Bowl-a-thon. Bring smiles to the faces of a family by providing a gift for our adopted family during the holidays. Take advantage of sweatshirt days where the $1.00 you pay to wear a sweatshirt is donated to a local non-profit. Or get a couple of your team members together to ring bells for the Salvation Army. Showing pride for our great community brings us together and helps us change the way collection agencies are viewed!
    • Committees and Clubs: Do you have a hobby you enjoy? Maybe you just want to branch out and get to know more people. At Americollect, we provide a number of incredible committees and clubs that offer the opportunity to get to know others that share your passion. We have clubs for movie lovers, healthy living, dog lovers, book lovers and more. Each committee or club meets once a month for an hour, during work hours, to discuss and to plan upcoming activities or events they would like to do as a group.
    • Join the fun!: Not only do we know how to have fun at work, we also have a number of events throughout the year after work hours. Events for the entire family include outdoor movies in our courtyard, Halloween trunk or treat, Easter egg hunt, pictures with Santa, and our annual company picnic where we bring in all sorts of activities for the family like a petting zoo, bounce houses, and face painting. We also have events that are more adult focused like our annual Christmas Party that is a huge hit every year!
    • Got Food?: Whether you woke up late, have kids who seem to dawdle in the morning, or just simply forgot, realizing you don’t have something to eat for lunch can put a damper on your day. With Americollect’s Micro Mart you can say goodbye to those days of hunger or settling for chips and a soda and hello to food options for all. At the Micro Mart you will find anything from a quick snack like a granola bar, string cheese, hummus, or chips to meal options like salads, sandwiches and more.
