Americollect has a historical commitment to technology that has allowed us to put more work events into accounts with fewer collectors. Below are a few resources we use.

Collection Software:
Americollect utilizes Bloodhound Collection Software. Our main advantage is being Bloodhound’s beta test site, which continues our tradition of being on the cutting edge of technology in the collection industry. • Prioritizing Accounts Using Weights and Scoring: Analytics is an important part of the new collection industry. Americollect uses weights to scheduled dates and times; the system will organize debtors so the collectors work on the most important accounts first. As stated previously, with a collection prediction score, we can put more work events into the higher scoring accounts.
• Imaging: Americollect images in all of your important original documentation. This allows collectors to view documents right on the screen without having to get up and search through filing cabinets.

Automated Predictive Dialer:
Americollect was the first to use the call-blending Bloodhound Predictive Dialer. It dramatically increases the number of debtors a collector can contact by allowing calls that are more productive in less time.

• The dialer handles busy signals, no answer, and answering machines so that collectors are only connected to live calls.
• When the Predictive Dialer makes an outbound connection, the debtor’s file appears instantly on the collector’s computer screen so that they have access to the important information regarding the debtor’s accounts.
• The call-blending feature of the Bloodhound Predictive Dialer allows incoming calls to be routed directly to the dialer. Bloodhound searches the database for the phone number of the incoming call and displays possible debtor file matches on the collector’s screen as they answer the call. If the phone number is not available, the screen will enter query mode so the collector can quickly look up the appropriate debtor file.
• Advancements of Accounts: Our predictive dialer automatically advances accounts with good phone numbers and no answers for 26 hours until debtor is reached.

Waterfall Skip Tracking (a.k.a. finding a non-payer's address or phone number):
According to Lexis Nexus, “35 percent of delinquent debtors move annually, and half of all accounts received for collections require some form of skip-tracing.”

Our skip tracking flows like water over a waterfall. If the first search comes up empty, several others are automatically utilized. We automate all searches in a batch process so our collection team can spend more time making phone calls.

Scoring:
Americollect scores accounts through a Collection Prediction Score to predict which accounts are most likely to pay. We receive:

• Collection Perdiction Score, predicting
  the likelihood of Americollect collecting the
  account.
• Credit Card Balances on open balances
  on credit cards,
• Number of mortgages, and
• Verify social security numbers, names,
  and addresses.

Call Recording:
Americollect uses a new state of the art call recording system that is integrated to our Bloodhound Collection software. While call recording is a great tool to assure our clients of our integrity. We believe the biggest return on investment is the benefit our collectors receive when we audit their accounts and use the recording for training. We have created a ‘best call” data base of recordings where our top collectors have their calls played for new hires. We record calls in states that allow us to call record.

Online Access to Accounts:
With the help of our Bloodhound collection software, we have the online ability to allow each client to view account history, send messages, post payments, and adjust accounts. Electronic Accounts Listings:
Americollect has the ability to upload accounts via:

• FTP
• SFTP
• Email

Americollect has extensive experience with electronic data transmission of accounts. Our IT department handles all listings in-house. All we need is a sample data file that would be listed for collection, and a listing of variables and definitions that can be pulled from your system.
