25 WAGE ASSIGNMENT-VOLUNTARY Americollect, the debtor and the debtor's employer have made an agreement to do a voluntary wage deduction each pay period to take care of the debt.

Why do some status codes never seem to change?
We don't change the status code unless something with the consumer changes. A consumer may be promising to pay for a long time, but never pay. The collectors working the accounts change the status codes when there is reason to.
