The primary purpose is to apply and balance payments, enter new business, and prepare and reconcile client remittance, returns and reports. This position is also a backup for the Administrative Specialist.

  • Apply, enter and balance payments such as ACH, credit cards, checks/money orders, and client data files.
  • Cross train on a variety of different  forms of payments  including legal, insurance, probate, trustee, settlements, attorney, remittance and  personal.
  • Validate and balance payments from the cash register and the electronic deposit system.
  • Responsible for entering client’s manual and electronic forms of new business into Americollect’s database.
  • Responsible for preparing the client remittance, returns and reports for mailing.
  • Create and validate new client reporting.
  • Track, review, and communicate resolutions from inaccurate processes and/or postings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent – Required
  • 1-2 years Account Receivables – Preferred
  • Ability to keyboard 45 wpm. Excellent typing and talking skills.


$11.65 which includes an hourly wage and a monthly bonus


8:30AM – 5:00PM Monday – Friday

Working Environment

This is an office/call center environment with a moderate noise level. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently sitting for long periods of time and typing, entering data and reading on a computer.
