The purpose of the Patient Customer Service Specialist is to collect on behalf of our clients, as an extension of our client & to provide exceptional customer service while doing so. This position helps consumers understand their medical accounts, how insurance was handled, and how best to pay their medical debt. The role of the Patient Customer Service Specialist is primarily a dialing position and is fast paced, challenging and extremely rewarding.

This is an office/call center environment with a moderate noise level. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently sitting for long periods of time and typing, entering data and reading on a computer.
