Summary

Primary responsibility includes processing accounts to determine eligibility and preparing for small claims action and/or wage garnishment while meeting performance standards and client/customer satisfaction.  Maintains and supports company policies and procedures while supporting team members positively providing feedback when necessary for continual growth.

Expectations

  • Process paperwork and/or files from attorney’s office, employers, and/or clients
  • Run macros to provide files to attorneys/clients
  • Work legal ques, workers and/or excel spreadsheets to ensure packets and/or garnishments are to the attorney’s office each week/month for outside legal
  • Communicate with attorney’s offices, employers and other departments to ensure accounts/cases are being handled properly and to the highest quality
  • Answer questions from Collectors, Support Team, and employers regarding cases filed
  • Work with Legal Team Leaders to ensure accounts being worked are completed accurately and timely
  • Provide feedback on accounts that have not met standards for filing legal and/or call standards, once a case has been filed, so that re-training can be done; this includes call monitors of legal calls

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma – Preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, and Excel

Working Environment

This is an office/call center environment with a moderate noise level. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently sitting for long periods of time and typing, entering data and reading on a computer.
