Inbound Customer Service Team Specialists are responsible to support the team to ensure that account issues are resolved with patients and clients quickly and professionally. Great writing skills are required as most communication with our clients is via email. The Inbound Customer Service Specialist is responsible for clear communication so that it is a win-win for all parties involved.

  • Must remain on dialer for the duration of your scheduled shift; any second screen tasks will be completed while waiting for next call on dialer
  • Work with patients to offer options, educate, and provide solutions to help them resolve their patient responsibility
  • Follow through with full circle communications with customer service team and client to avoid any open-ended details with patients
  • Set goals to ensure personal growth by working with current team leader or manager

Preferred Qualifications


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required


  • Medical Billing Background Preferred


  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, & Word
  • Ability to type 45 word per minute

Working Environment

This is an office/call center environment with a moderate noise level. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently sitting for long periods of time and typing, entering data and reading on a computer.
