EBO Manager of Data and Implementation primary responsibility is to ensure flawless new client data implementation while maintaining ongoing daily data files.  This position will also oversee the successful planning, assigning and completion of departmental IT related projects. In addition, this position will lead the support staff by providing efficiencies, education and the appropriate tools to apply balance payments, enter new business, prepare, and reconcile client remittance, returns and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising job results, conducting performance reviews, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
  • Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintain a safe and secure work environment, developing personal growth opportunities.  Helping staff resolve technical problems and initial contact for employee issues.
  • Oversee and ensure accurate delivery of month end.
  • Responsible for successful and timely new client implementation while maintaining current clients.
  • Determines the priority of workload with return on investments (ROI) analysis.
  • Identify issues with data and set up and act accordingly.
  • Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems and identifying trends.
  • Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial service and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; and choosing course of action; defining objections; evaluating outcomes
  • Collaborate with Americollect IT, Support and Implementation teams to share best practices, process improvements, knowledge transfer and provide/receive support when appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain partnership with Client Relations Managers.
  • Transforming software designs and specifications into high functioning code in the appropriate computer language (VBA, C#,, and SQL).
  • Integrating individual software solutions to higher level systems, including, but not limited to, Progress and MySQL, using ODBC.
  • Tracking and fixing errors in code through rigorous testing, debugging, troubleshooting and documentation.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench marketing; participating in professional societies.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Science, Software Engineering

Experience and/or Training

  • Experience working through the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and delivering software products
  • Management/leadership experience in a software development organization required
  • Experience developing application using more than 1 popular framework (C#, C++, VB)


  • SQL certification required


  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
  • Ability to keyboard 45 wpm
