Summary

Customer Service Team Specialists are responsible to support the team to ensure that account issues are resolved with patients and clients quickly and professionally. Great writing skills are required as most communication with our clients is via email. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for clear communication so that it is a win-win for all parties involved.

Expectations:

  • Must remain on phone for the duration of your scheduled shift; any additional work tasks will be completed while waiting for next call.
  • Work with patients to offer options, educate, and provide solutions to help them resolve their patient responsibility
  • Follow through with full circle communications with customer service team and client to avoid any open-ended details with patients
  • Set goals to ensure personal growth by working with current team leader or manager

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma – Required
  • Medical Billing Background – Preferred
  • Ability to keyboard 45 wpm.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, & Word

Pay:

$12.00 + Bonus

Schedule Option:

8:30AM – 5:00PM Monday – Friday OR 9:30am – 6:00pm Monday – Friday

Working Environment

This is an office/call center environment with a moderate noise level. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently sitting for long periods of time and typing, entering data and reading on a computer.
