President & CEO: Kenlyn T. Gretz

Kenlyn T. Gretz is the President & CEO of Americollect. Kenlyn developed the Ridiculously Nice Collections Concepts, a sales approach to collecting with cooperative payment dialogue and plays a very hands on role in the operations of growth of Americollect.

Kenlyn is a Certified Collector through the American Collectors Association and current or past board member of the following organizations: Wisconsin Collectors Association, Wisconsin Clinic Credit Managers Association and the Wisconsin Chapter of American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM).  Kenlyn won the President’s award in 2004 from AAHAM of Wisconsin and in 2012, Kenlyn’s High School inducted him into their Wall of Fame.

Kenlyn is married with five daughters and currently lives in Green Bay, WI.

Shawn

Vice President of Sales: Shawn Gretz

Shawn Gretz joined Americollect in 2003 as the 16th team member with the primary task of growing Americollect. Today, Americollect employs over 250 team members collects for over 70 hospitals and over 7000 physicians.

Shawn has been an active volunteer for HFMA Wisconsin. Shawn has served as the President, President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer and three years as the VP of Programs. Shawn is also the chair for the Region 7 conference to be held in Lake Geneva, WI in 2016. Shawn has been an active volunteer with AAHAM for several years and is a Past President of the Wisconsin Chapter. In 2010, Shawn was awarded the President’s award for AAHAM Wisconsin.

Shawn graduated from the UW Oshkosh with a Bachelor’s degree in Business majoring in Marketing and Operations Management. Shawn is currently enrolled in UW Oshkosh’s EMBA program.

Corporate Controller: Carrie Hyde

Carrie Hyde joined Americollect in 2015 as Corporate Controller.  Previously, Carrie was the Plant Controller III for a publicly held manufacturer of heavy machinery.  Carrie’s experience includes 16 years of accounting and financial reporting, analysis, budgeting/forecasting and developing cash management processes.

Carrie graduated from Marquette University in 1998 and obtained her CPA license shortly thereafter.

Carrie lives in Manitowoc with her husband and two sons.
